¡Hello Hello! I'm Sofía and I love gastronomy and food. Its history and links to society and the science behind it.
I am currently finishing my Master's degree on Food quality and Safety - where I am exploring the EU's school food policies and the gut flora. Before getting here I spent two years in Scotland, working as a pastry chef and Junior Sous-Chef, travelled around the east of Asia, did a couple internships and obtained my Bachelors Degree on Culinary Arts and Gastronomic sciences.
In my free time I research, experiment and sometimes write. I define myself as a gastronomer because everything I do relates to food, but people always ask me...
