What does a gastronomer do?
As a gastronomer I seek to explore and understand gastronomy and food from different perspectives that go beyond the act of cooking. During my bachelors, I specialised on entrepreneurship which I am now complimenting it in my masters, with legal and natural science studies.
I think of food as a possible tool for social change. Investigating it and exploring its limits can lead to great and positive impacts or changes. I think food education and empowerment is key for our future as understanding it and its production channels enables educated and better choice-making.
